With a background in French education, Alyssa is eager to bridge language and cultural gaps to make health and fitness programs accessible to diverse communities. She is particularly interested in how engaging children in physical activity during their formative years can foster long-term resilience and well-being. Outside of her studies, Alyssa enjoys playing soccer, golfing, and spending time with family and friends.
