Connor Yu
Undergraduate Research Assistant

Connor is an undergraduate student in his fifth year pursuing an Honours Specialization in Health Sciences at Western University. His ongoing research is a systematic review that examines interventions on movement behaviours for parents of children aged 0 to 5 years, along with their associated knowledge, self-efficacy, and attitudes. Connor is enthusiastic about contributing to the field of child health research by highlighting the important role that parental influence has on early childhood movement behaviours and guiding future intervention plans. Connor also collaborated with Dr. Sophie Philips and an international research team on a Cochrane Review that examined interventions aimed at preventing obesity in children from 2 to 4 years old. In his free time, Connor enjoys cooking, rock climbing, and watching action movies.
