Research Volunteer

Zoë is a second-year undergraduate student at Western University, specializing in Honours Kinesiology. Having grown up as a competitive athlete, she has recognized firsthand the value of physical activity and its crucial role in the various stages of development. Zoë aspires to pursue a career in pediatric physical or occupational therapy, where she hopes to support children through their growth and development. Through her involvement in the Child Health & Physical Activity Lab, Zoë aims to further explore the connection between physical activity and childhood development socially, physically and mentally. Additionally, Zoë volunteers at her hometown pediatric physiotherapy and occupational therapy clinic assisting children with various conditions. She has also worked with youth figure skating programs teaching balance, control and agility on ice. In her spare time, Zoë enjoys figure skating, baking, and spending quality time with her friends, family and her dog.
